Deleted Competitions not removed in ORM?!

Hi Manage2sail.

I created a new event some time ago. Today i started by deleting all the Competitions and started all over - and created ten new Competions with status "New". Two hours later I entered the ORM module and now I see all the old Competitions as well as the new ones.

I've tried "Sync from Portal", but it doesn't remove the old Competitions. I can't see any delete/remove function in the ORM module. How do I get rid of the old and obsolete Competitions?

Regards, Fredrik

Hi Frederik,
please tell me the name of the Event.

I looked at the Onsdagssejladser/forar 2018) here the competition is canceled.
But I can see it in ORM too.

We cannot delete Events - so you can use this events for new event in the future.
But we can delete competition / classes

regards

Hi Jobst.

Thanks for a rapid reply.

Unfortunately it isn't possible for me to log into ORM tonight - the browser spinner was running infinitely after pressing "Sign In" and the next page didn't open. UPDATE: Couldn't log in with Chrome 66 browser - tried with Internet Explorer 11 and it worked immediately.

I'm sorry that I didn't mention the Event name in my initial Post. The problem is on Event "AFI Dansk Sejlunion Grandprix 2018 - Aarhus" (PS: Event was renamed earlier tonight).

Please remove 8 deleted Competions in ORM.

PS: Have I used the system incorrectly, since this Issue occurred? Shouldn't it be okay to delete a Competition and expect it to disappear in ORM as well?

So now we have 10 Classes in ORM too.
I deleted the other competition.

No you didnot make an mitake - but sometimes if you configure something in the competion you will delete when the competion you cannot delete in ORM.
